Research on Electrical Conductivity and Mechanical Properties of Ecological Concrete Prepared from Mine Solid Waste

Conductive concrete with nanographite–cupric nickel sulfate ore was prepared in this paper. As a new type of multifunctional multiphase conductive building material conductive, electrothermal, electromagnetic shielding, piezoresistive properties, etc., will have wide range applications snow melting, cathodic protection and structural health monitoring, other fields. In paper, different dosage nanographite cupric admixture that the mixture excited by alkali excitation, ultrasonic vibration combined excitation vibration, respectively were used to study electrical conductivity mechanical properties concrete, 36 groups specimens seven comparative cured for 28 days, unconfined compression test, three-point bending test carried out. The results show 6% 60% best, compressive strength, flexural strength resistance reaching 40.83 MPa, 6.81 5,850 Ω·cm, respectively. Compared specimens, are increased 38.5% 20.4%, respectively, resistivity is decreased 55.7%. This shows excitation-ultrasonic activation method can not only improve pavement but also ensure stability its properties.
